We can start praying for a more powerful #COP28

There have been some positive responses from #COP27 and we can be delighted that Rishi Sunak did attend on the first couple of days but it is clear that there are also many gaps that need to be filled. I was delighted that Tearfund took part in the #COP26 and I hope that in the next few days we will receive a response from Tearfund from #COP27 and indeed they may have some themes for us to attend in our prayers. My friend Ruth Valerio may well be the person to promote both #COP27 and to let us know about #COP28. The next meeting which is due to take place from Nov. 30th through to Dec. 12th according to the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD). The climate conference is slightly later in the year than COP27 which officially ended two days ago but there are still aspects emerging this weekend.
