A great December Drop In lunch for Homeless people

At the first Sunday of each month City Gate Church holds a lunch for a number of Homeless people who are based in Brighton and Hove. Along with the Homeless people some others also attend. Today this month’s event was very busy but also a very positive session. My colleague Miriam was organising the session along with Tim and Lyn who both help organise the event. One of our colleagues, Johnie formed the food this month and that was fantastic. Several of us took part in the event and it was fantastic to obtain more than 50 people today and they enjoyed the food and the Christmas presentation that most of them received and the singing that took place after the lunch.
