Could Churches pray and call for food for families

Many Churches are significantly involved in Foodbanks and some across the UK are involved in FareShare agencies. There are also many that are aware of the need for food for children in schools. There have been some MPs who have called for the Government to fund FareShare and there are a number of MPs who are calling for the Prime Minister to provide free food for nearly 4 Million children that need food provision and they have also indicated that there are around half a million children who may also require it. This came after the Prime Minister stated 10 days ago that he was supplying free food for less than 2m children. If people would be interested in the call for the extra food for children, it is referred to in this blog a few days ago and the need for funding by the Government for FareShare can be obtained from here. Along with praying for this to be adapted we could also call for our MPs to endorse these themes.
