This evening one of my friends, Rabbi Elli Sarah tweeted a message that can be seen here and it states

so when I spotted her tweet item I had a look at the Parliament and I came across that back in June 2021 the first reading of the Chris Stephens MP Housing Standards (Refugees and Asylum Seekers) Bill took place and that back in June 2022 the Bill was scheduled to be read for the second time. However tragically it did not take place and so currently his Bill is currently planned to be read for the second time in 20th January 2023. However there are a significant number of second private Bills so we are not sure if it will take place in January. Let us hope that will occur.
