tweets for the Goose

images (178)The news that Sajid Javid has taken to his twitter account to challenge O2 to sort out their customer services can only be good news for all O2 users who have experienced problems. In theory this might also be good news for people on twitter who might wish to make their own comments to the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills. However his previous work as culture Secretary did not lead to many responses on his own twitter account. Indeed there are very few Government Ministers or Government Departments that appear willing to respond to their own stakeholders on twitter. Perhaps if O2 do respond, this will provoke Mr Javid to consider his own standards and communication policies?
