Today Mrs May with the support of her Government and the majority of  Parliament enacts a process which is entirely their responsibility. As we know the British people were asked for our opinion using a poorly thought through question following months of lies and half truths from MPs and other opinion makers including the media. We voted and our advisory opinion that was far from conclusive as the voice of the British people persuaded Parliament to facilitate the nations departure from the EU. The cost of this transition will be enormous irrespective of ones view of what we should do and some of us may never see anything really positive as a result. In fact there may never be a positive outcome. The result may ultimately be a good one for the UK and if so all of us will owe a level of gratitude to Mrs May and her team, however this will only make sense if it is also good for our existing political and economic partners. Tonight all over the country small groups of men and women will gather to celebrate this action.  One such group is Conservative Way Forward or CWF.
