The enjoyment of envelopes

TrumpIt appears that Donald spends quite some time studying envelopes before he opens them and focuses on the letters inside. On the other hand being President of the USA might not be as busy a job as one assumes it would be. Indeed it seems strange that he even opens such letters himself!
