Every few days I receive a posting from Parliament which explains their latest proposals and some are worth looking at and some go straight into the recycling bin. However late last night the first of what appears to be 7 identical postings on the theme of world first on-line safety laws arrived. That is the top one on that image. The final one arrived just before 7am this morning. It may be that each one carried a different message but it seems that due to the timing of them  that the system used to publish these has either been inhabited by some problems or been hacked into which suggests that perhaps the irony of this theme needs a bit of publicity. Let us hope tomorrow night we go back to the normal arrangements!
