As part of the Prime Ministers Questions last Wednesday, Theresa was asked if she would make a significant improvement in the healthcare for people in West Sussex. Sadly she chose not to do so even though this would be a fantastic response for our community. Of course the sums being proposed to enable wealthy people like Theresa and Gillian to get more tax relief and to compensate farmers and fishery workers for a No Deal Brexit are both matters that have been promised by Theresa’s successors, depending on which one wins. It seems hard to justify either of those offers by comparison. However Boris and Jeremy are both offering all sorts of ideas which will not move us forward in any credible way. Still it is good that the NHS will look at the linear accelerator requirements in the future providing that they are not all sold to Donald or Xi as ways of making our deal with USA and China appealing!
