Even Arron is finally joining some dots together

As this tweet makes clear, Arron Banks has finally demonstrated that he is close to apologising on behalf of the LeaveEU organisation that he funds for its offensiveness. I cannot imagine what they tweeted but the fact that he has almost apologised is something of a major change. His response to Piers Morgan who himself rarely apologises for offending people focuses on the true barrier to our credible departure from the EU. Such a departure without either persuading Eire to leave the EU (an attempt that Johnson made a few weeks ago) or separating the rest of UK from Northern Ireland so that our barrier can then be down the Irish Sea is virtually impossible given that the border between NI and Eire needs to remain open and unlimited and that we and NI want to remain together and that unlike NI and Scotland, England and Wales voted to Leave. Of course this dilemma was obvious on 24th June 2016 but if the reality is finally getting as far as Johnson, Banks and Morgan we may be making progress!
