Yesterday I attended BETT 2022 to visit some of our suppliers and explore other brands and agencies that are operating within the educational sector. Our Company Ashdown Audio Visual works with a wide range of Schools, Colleges and several Universities and it is always valuable to meet the people we work with regularly as well as to meet people we don’t see very often. We do of course work for other parts of the business sector, but education is very important. It was a busy day at the exhibition and so although I was able to meet people there were a number of our suppliers that were tied up with other people. On the way home I met one of my family members on the edge of the River Thames near Westminster and Parliament and as we were chatting Vince Cable walked along and it was so fantastic to see him and he was very friendly. Sadly he is no longer within the Parliament but no doubt he has many other activities that he is involved in. It was a great day for me. I hope that the people attending BETT today and tomorrow will have a good time.
