A fascinating comment on Proportional Representation

According to a presentation on Electoral Reform that was published a day or so ago “Which European countries use proportional representation?” and it goes on to say that “Of the 43 Countries in Europe, 40 use some form of proportional representation” Now to be fair the piece on the document which can be found here is that it was initially published in December 2018. The person who did the document is Michela Palese. It is clear that given that we have a Parliament in less than 22 months and that many of us are hoping that the Labour Party will introduce Proportional Representation, that within the next 22 months we will be due to benefit from Proportional Representation!
